After a recommendation from their designer working Mum and Dad, Jarrid and Nicole came to us with plans to Extend and modernize their home, taking advantage of the water views.

The project involved a rear extension of the home, removal of asbestos, new roofing extending over the home and deck, new timber flooring, new cladding of the house, new kitchen, new laundry/toilet and carport.

Responsibilities Include:

Preparation of the initial project quote and detailed scope of works
Managing the project budget to the client’s expectations
Assist in obtaining the Home Builders Grant
Preparation of the contracts and HBCF compliance
Provide samples and budgeting for client’s approval
Manage and co-ordination of all trades and consultants
Manage the project timeline, the statutory approvals (OC)
