This project involved a recent purchase and renovation for our investment team. The project involved a full redesign and re-construction of a classic 1970’s brick home. Located in a prime elevated position with amazing 180 degree views overlooking the spectacular Brisbane Waters in Green point. After careful collaboration with the project team including: La Cassa interior design, Ken Jones planning and design and Raine and Horne East Gosford the final design was decided upon.
The construction included a new roof pitch, new external finishes, windows, roofing and landscaping. The interiors were completely stripped out and incorporated a new internal layout and a premium interior design specification.
The project sold shortly after listing and achieved a record price for the area.
