After a recommendation from a United Built client, Brenda and Bridgett invited United Built to provide a quote for a major renovation and extension from plans they had recently had prepared.

The renovation was large in scale and complex in the building. After our preliminary meetings, the preparation of our project cost plans, and our management methodology were presented to Brenda and Bridgett – we were excited to be appointed to build and manage the project.

The project involved a ground floor and first floor extension, full new roof frames and roofing, new cladding, new decking, driveway, new swimming pool and landscaping kitchen and bathrooms. The interiors were fully stripped out and rebuilt using premium contemporary fittings and fixtures.

Responsibilities Include:

Preparation of the initial project quote and detailed scope of works
Managing the project budget to the client’s expectations
Preparation of the contracts and HBCF compliance
Provide samples and budgeting for client’s approval
Manage and co-ordination of all trades and consultants
Manage the project timeline and the statutory approvals
Procurement of the swimming pool, installation & commissioning
