United Built was recommended to Janne by an existing United Built customer. Working with Janne’s architects’ plans and specifications, we prepared a fixed price quote and a timeline for this major renovation. After several meetings to lay out our process and to discuss pricing United Built were excited to be appointed.

This was a large renovation and extension with the project being carried out while the home was occupied. The project required a lot of detailed work using highly specified finishes and fittings. The project involved a ground floor extension, new slab(s), a new double garage, new entry, staircase and foyer, a new upper level over hanging extension, with a beautiful tiled outdoor living space over the new double garage, a new bathroom, laundry and bedroom.

Responsibilities Include:

Preparation of the initial project quote and detailed scope of works
Working closely with our client through regular meetings to ensure the project achieved the desired look and feel, while working to the budget
Preparation of the contracts and HBCF compliance
Providing samples and budgeting for client’s approval
Manage and co-ordination of all trades and consultants
Manage the project timeline and the statutory approvals
Providing final certification
