Kariong

After a recommendation from a United Built customer, Dave and Stacy invited United Built to provide a quote and project plan for a total renovation and large extension of their family home in Kariong. They had recently had their plans prepared by a local Designer and the interiors designed and specified by a local interior design firm. The project incorporated high end fittings and fixtures with open plan living.

The renovation whilst keeping the outside shell of the home involved basically building a new home, new roof, high raked ceilings, extending a large covered outdoor space and modernizing the exterior of the house. After several meetings to review the budget, finishes and timeline, United Built was thrilled to be appointed to manage and build the project. The family moved out and 7 months later moved into their beautiful new home.

Responsibilities Include:

Preparation of the initial project quote and detailed scope of works
Managing the project budget to the client’s expectations
Liaising with the building designers and interior designers
Preparation of the contracts and HBCF compliance
Providing samples and budgeting for client’s approval
Manage and co-ordination of all trades and consultants
Manage the project timeline and the statutory approvals
Providing post project warranties and approvals

Andrew often went above and beyond what was expected and this also included follow up support after the build was completed.

We love our new home. It exceeded our expectations and has that ‘wow’ factor. Our plans were brought to life with care, expertise and professionalism.
