United Built were contacted by Tania and Rob through Hi Pages. Where we enjoy a 5-star rating. Tania and Rob had their plans prepared and a DA in place. After working with Tania and Rob to prepare their project budget United Built were appointed to carry out a substantial home renovation.

Tania and Rob had lived in their house for some time and were looking to completely modernize the house and increase outdoor entertaining areas. The project involved constructing a large tiled deck at the front of the house and rear of the house – integrating the roof over these area. A complete strip out of the internals and constructing two new bathrooms, a laundry, a new kitchen, home office, new driveway, new stairs, flooring, landscaping, and new driveway. The landscaping included the removal the existing pool to create more space.

Responsibilities Include:

Preparation of the initial project quote and detailed scope of works
Managing the project budget to the client’s expectations
Preparation of the contracts and HBCF compliance
Provide samples and budgeting for client’s approval
Managing structural engineers
Manage and co-ordination of all trades and consultants
Manage the project timeline, the statutory approvals (OC)
